Personal Achievements:• Award Early Career Achievement - Engineer of the year award 2013 for my contributions in delivering the Rail Edge Train Control System.• Successful client Delivery of new Train Control System: This required the collaboration of both Indian and US representatives, tracking of activities and integration of international teams. • Formed excellent and close relationship with the Client and Calibre Project Team. • Developed communication and management between international teams based in Australia, India and the US. • Created great Synergy and communication between an International team. Regular meetings and video conferences held to allow members to communicate. • Point of contact while on site for client and sub-contractors. • Onsite planning and execution direction to achieve key target dates.• Lead effort and making things happen in the field integrating and providing direction to the construction, installation, and SAT teams.• Assisted with the integration and delivery of Mainline Duplication (142 sites) and 52 Solomon wayside Signalling locations. •Integrating subsystems and providing priorities, direction and guidance on sites for Comms, signalling, and Railedge (TCS) integration and testing.During this time I confirmed my relationship with the customer with close interaction with internal stakeholders and management peers.The FMG project was an exciting project which I was proud to be a part of from day one. One of the personal highlights of the Project was the dedication and team work to deliver a large project in such a short timeframe. This was an engaging role conducted in a challenging environment where I was able to utilise influence, responsibility and associated accountability required to deliver a project successfully.
