As the Director of Innovation and Marketing at Grupo Task TI, I lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with manufacturers to continuously seek out new technologies and products. As the founder and technical director of Marshalls Solutions, I assisted our clients with market-leading IT solutions. I worked with the commercial team on infrastructure projects, designing server and storage solutions. After the sale of products and services, I helped the technical team implement the projects, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. I specialized in Microsoft solutions, especially Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, MS Cloud (Office 365 and Azure), as well as high-availability projects. I worked with the Microsoft Hyper-Converged solution since its official release. With all my knowledge and experience in numerous projects, I managed to involve all the company’s internal teams to offer the excellence of Marshalls’ products and services to our client

Responsible by administrating and managing the network infra-structure of Brafer, currently dividedin 4 sites in Brazil (Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Minas Gerais). Looking forward to maintain the productivity fromthe network environment and always looking for projects of Brafer’s interest. Working withtechnologies as Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Hyper-V (with live Migration),Forefront TMG, SQL Server, System Center (DPM, SCCM e SCOM, SCVMM), SharePoint, StoragesIBM, Telefonia Avaya, SonicWALL, Networking (SAN, LAN, WAN, MPLS), among others technologies. Also in charge of coordinating thecompany’s Service Desk team.

Responsible for supporting customers with support contracts, projects in the Microsoft Server Platfom, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Forefront TMG, ISA Server, System Center DPM, SharePoint (infrastructure), Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Office Communications Server, Lync Server, IIS and others. In addition to the implementation of projects, products pre-sale, customer service level 3, I also provided Microsoft products training.

Responsible for the network infrastructure on Colégio Nossa Senhora do Sagrado Coração, Curitiba. I performed migration project of Linux servers to a Windows domain. After the accomplishment of the migration process, I implemented technologies such Hyper-V (first version), Exchange Server 2007 and ISA Server 2006. Was also carried out a pilot project with SharePoint and Office Communications Sever. All servers and network services were installed, configured and maintained by me during the time I was working at the company.
