Part of a New York State Team that attracted Cree | Wolfspeed’s billion-dollar investment to the Marcy Nanocenter (MNC), expected to create over 600 jobs and provide transformative impact to the region. Supported MNC site development; specifically RFP administration, and support of capital projects and infrastructure upgrades. Actively focused on securing another high-volume nanoelectronics manufacturer to MNC. Directly managed New York Loves Nanotech's (a regional consortium of EDOs) trade show initiatives. Acted as "Tip of the Spear" for EDGE’s external business relationships and conducted global marketing efforts in collaboration with consultant teams. Responded to site leads from professional site selector companies and New York State ESD for various targeted industries. For the 2010 University at Albany Fall Studio Project, my team worked with the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region. As Building and Land Use Conditions Team Leader, I coordinated with three other teams to create redevelopment recommendations for the Sheridan Hallow neighborhood in Albany, NY, stricken with vacancies, abandonment and dilapidated infrastructure. My team developed a building condition and land use survey used to categorize and analyze over 600 parcels. I was personally responsible for the creation of the presentation on said recommendations which surpassed clients expectations. Portions of the recommendations are currently being implemented today.

My primary project was developing improvements for a Sculpture Walking Trial at Griffiss Business Park. Required devising observations and recommendations on the local walking trail while considering long-term effects, previous plans, and park & property owner land restrictions. The trail has since seen increased usage and expansion based on recommendations.I assisted with business outreach efforts to local companies for a industrial exposition in Upstate New York. Also responsible for conducting and analyzing Griffiss Business Park zip code survey. Conducted clerical work that included cold calls, board staffing, mailings, and file organizing.
