Through my advocacy work, I have previously engaged in the promotion of comprehensive sexual health education, lobbied city of Toronto councillors for long term housing for refugees, and advocated for gender health equity in medicine. The ultimate goal of my research and future clinical practice is to address social and scientific gaps in healthcare by amplyifying lived experience, rewriting policy, and optimizing health-resource management.
