Escalate complaints accordingly to team members’ best suited for quick and effective resolution Seek regular feedback from customers to ensure you continue to satisfy needs and deliver exceptional customer service Generate new business leads through advocacy Achieve sales and referral budgets in all lines of business including loans, deposits, insurance and wealth management Consistently deliver individual key performance metrics Consistently practices the Exceed methodologies/principles to improve individual sales effectiveness Contribute to the achievement of business growth in the region
