As an Operations Manager, I have enjoyed a long career working within High Performing environments. Ive had a couple of pinch yourself moments over the journey, including starting a business from scratch; identifying its name, colours, logo, its core values, recruiting staff and positioning the business to the right market. In recent years and developed a deeper understanding of human needs and behaviour, designed to make the workplace more engaging and efficient. Over time, my leadership has evolved to demonstrate more compassion, inclusivity and understanding. I love turnarounds, fixing problems operationally. I enjoy diving into the detail as well as the storytelling involved in mapping out the bigger picture to secure buy-in from teams, leadership, shareholders and stakeholders.Nothing is more satisfying than developing new relationships, seeing strong staff connections emerge within the workplace and contributing to growth of businesses.
