Having served the hospitality sector for over 10 years, working in both a corporate and single operator environment I created, developed, owned and managed an Italian bar/restaurant business in my home town of Oldswinford, Stourbridge.In the search for a new personal challenge and to further my ambitions, I adapted my skills to Project Management within the exhibition and shop fitting industry. The move has facilitated some great personal development opportunities, broadening my skill set and utilising my extensive customer service, strong planning and organisational skills and relationship building abilities.Project management has encouraged some great working partnerships with my clients. I consistently manage successful projects using my structured planning, control and communication skills, ranging from small UK exhibition stands, to large projects in Europe. Single stand installation contracts have ranged from £5,000-£85,000. I have also worked on corporate roles for the company, planning and leading sales and marketing initiatives. I have recently acquired PRINCE2 Practitioner status to concrete my foundation in Project Management and am delighted to have recently joined the very talented team at Solutions 2 UK.
