Gained extensive knowledge in engineering plans, blueprints, and shop drawings through programs such as SolidWorks and Revit. Also gained knowledge in systems that include heaters, chillers and compressors. Created Congressional Inquiries that were sent out for approval. Relayed casework to the relevant District Representatives and inquired with the relevant agency to assist Constituents Inquiries. Kept constant contact with Constituents and relayed important information regarding their case. Managed and made updates to an information database that had access to thousands of Constituents.
