-Responsible for each touchpoint involved in delivery from vehicle offloads, registry, cleaning, charging, and customer-facing educational sessions on the Tesla vehicles.-Collaborated with the entire delivery team to meet record-breaking delivery goals while maintaining an organized and systematic delivery process.-Daily experience in using internal software to communicate with sales, operations, and service teams to sync priorities and daily goals.-Extreme attention to detail necessary to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within a rapidly evolving environment.
