Research Fellow at Project Air Strategy, a partnership between the University of Wollongong and Health Services based at Northfields Psychology Clinic, School of Psychology, University of Wollongong. The Project Air Strategy for Personality Disorders seeks to improve access and service pathways for people with personality disorder in mainstream mental health and community settings.

Duties include assisting with data collection, entry and with writing and analysis of papers. Assistance with preparation and coordination of the annual Treatment of Personality Disorders Conference. Assisting with preparation for training the local health districts.

Duties included greeting and helping new students, O-hosting, facilitating events, running stalls, enrolment and orientation duties, providing information on student life events and activities.

This role required planning and organising well-structured physical activity sessions for 5-12yr olds that fostered positive relationships and maximised the involvement and enjoyment of all children involved.
