Nicholas Xecanas is a seasoned professional with 30+ years’ experience in delivering outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients throughout Australia. Nicholas has worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project/program management, organisational restructures and strategic planning. His early career was spent managing successful projects and programs which scale from single-person consulting assignments to 70+ person, cross-functional teams.
