Led numerous activities, notably: key stakeholder negotiations; shutdown of unprofitable divisions; disposal of non-core assets; working capital improvement, and; forecasting and reporting capability enhancement. Company sold through a competitive §363 sale process that preserved all 1,200 jobs. Assisted a $1.0+ billion renewable energy company with the development of a new go-to market strategy; disposal of non-core assets; development of a new cash forecasting tool, and; identification and implementation of cost reduction opportunities.  Assisted a $200 million pre-stressed concrete manufacturer with the development of a long-term strategic plan; identification of over $5 million in working capital opportunities, and; liaising with lenders on refinancing the Company’s first lien debt. Assisted a $1.2 billion national homebuilder in Chapter 11 bankruptcy planning and preparation and development of the Plan of Reorganization, which included: an 80% reduction in interest-bearing debt upon emergence, and provisions for significant discount to first lien debt principal balances. Advised lenders of a $1.4 billion shipping company with cash monitoring, business plan review, and the negotiation of debt payoff at 100 cents on the dollar.  Advised board of directors of a 254-location financial services provider after the passage of adverse legislation put over 50% of the Company’s revenue at risk. Assessed the achievability of the Company’s alternative products in the context of current environment.
