My role there include the following:• Raising and Invoicing commercial orders • Managing Retail and Wholesale Customer enquiries and aftersales• Receiving and repacking consignments from International orders• Processing data through Sage• Assist the management of Showroom stock

• Assisted on monthly and weekly forecasting, ADP, stock management, seasonal move planning, range management• Organised the database for Stock management • Managed a team of 10 on a regular basis • Invoice management• Responsible for the new employee trainee process

• Distribution management for outgoing post • Responding to customers or shippers questions or in some cases complaints• Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrived on time and to their correct location• Responsible for the preparation of quotes for customers, which involved examining products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage or transport.• Liaised with accounts for the preparation of invoices ensuring shipping costs are calculated accurately and passed onto customer. • Experience negotiating rates with suppliers such as carriers, warehouse operators and insurance companies and prepare tariffs for customers, ensuring the require profit margins are achieved.
