I have 20 years experience in the cultural and public sector producing and consulting on the creation of new media projects. Currently designing and implementing new programs for Creative BC in support of the Interactive and Digital Media sector. As a creative producer in the National Film Board’s Animation and Interactive Studio, I worked with artists to craft digital storytelling projects that push the boundaries of story, form and platform. Projects I've produced have been recognized by the Webbys, FWA, Awwwards, Communication Arts, World Press Photo, and Columbia University’s Digital Dozen Breakthroughs in Storytelling. As a founding partner of online creative firm Biro Creative, I advised movement-leading organizations from around the world working for sustainability and social change. Clients included Greenpeace, Clinton Foundation, WWF, Points of Light Institute, Global Zero, Avaaz and 350.org. Sold Biro to Chicago-based innovation agency Maddock Douglas in 2010.
