About Nick Knight

I have over 25 years of leadership experience in various industries including IT outsourcing, records management, technology services, warehousing, logistics, and retail. I have managed teams working in verticals covering corporate, SMB, public sector, and professional services and I have built a solid reputation for both operational and commercial leadership at senior levels. I currently work as Chief Revenue Officer within a newly acquired private equity funded organisation leading a cross functional team, building unique solutions, a cloud based SAAS product, sales and marketing processes and further awareness of the organisation, which helps people achieve more with technology. Previously I worked as Chief Commercial Officer, aiding OASIS Group to gain significant presence across Europe with 57 add on and tuck in acquisitions, growth of revenue to €130m and clients from a base of 2500 to over 12000 in a 6 year period. The leadership, coaching and development of a multi national, country based commercial team, marketing, legal (Contracts) and customer service teams grew in year sales from €300k to €21m per annum by 2022. During this time client satisfaction was measured annually and continually exceeded the industry average and direct competition in local markets. I was also part of the senior team that led the organisation to a successful private equity exit in 2017, and a further deal which failed to close in 2021, but transitioned to a new fund within the same organisation. I have a demonstrable ability to lead significant business change programmes and deliver profitable growth with considerable enhancements in service quality, while maintaining a great team ethos, strong client retention and passion and desire to drive for the next level. Significant experience in working directly with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation, as well as networking to get to the right decision makers. High energy and drive, strong personal resilience, coupled with an analytical approach ensuring no stone is left unturned. Never afraid to challenge the norm I drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation and within people, ensuring we are all the best we can be.If you find me outside of work I am a keen athlete, competing regularly as well as sharing my experience through coaching and developing others of varying age groups.
