I work with business leaders to build or transform organizations, programs, processes, and policies; typically to achieve growth, speed, or efficiency objectives. I tailor solutions to each business objective, centered on how to make the solution valuable for both the employee and the business, and how to make it stick in a world of increasing complexity and continuous change. I have been involved in all aspects of an organization’s development, from the up-front planning and structuring work, to the design and development of performance improvement initiatives, to program and project implementation, through management and continuous improvement. I have worked with start-ups and mature businesses, front-line and back-office corporate functions, regulated and non-regulated/private industries, union, non-union, and contract employees; each requiring unique business knowledge and acumen to achieve results.My biggest value add has been in roles where I am the “chief architect” of the collective path forward; connected across an ecosystem of teams and subject matter experts; integrated across people, process and technology; adapting and adjusting the path forward as we go; with responsibility for a major metric such as revenue growth, cycle time, employee satisfaction, and retention.I’m equal parts dreamer and engineer, external consultant and internal employee, designer and implementer.
