We provide behavioral/educational solutions through advocacy and consulting . While our emphasis is on individuals with disabilities, we can assist anyone who needs help finding the right educational placement, assistance overcoming addiction, achieving personal goals, business managers wanting to increase productivity or boost morale, and many other behavioral or educational opportunities. We also provide Applied Behavior Analysis services through a partnership with Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis.

I served as a member of the store's customer service staff. One of my main responsibilities was the management and accounting of the store's monetary assets. I was also responsible for overseeing the duties and responsibilities of the cashiers and front service clerks that were on the clock at the same time as me.

I doubled as the school's social studies teacher and the special education coordinator. As the social studies teacher I planned, implemented, and monitored high quality instruction to students in grades 3-12. As the special education coordinator my main duties included writing and implementing individualized educational plans. I also ensured that the rest of the staff understood what is required by them to meet these plans. I also served as a support to other teachers who needed assistance with their special education accommodations and modifications.

I began as a tutor focusing mostly in a one on one setting as well as in a small group setting. I also served as a district supervisor. I was responsible for serving as a mentor to other tutors whenever they needed assistance with a strategy, lesson, or any other concern that they needed to be addressed. I also served as a communicator between this company and a partner district. In the summer of 2011 I served as the director of this company's math and science summer camp. As the director I focused on providing high quality instruction that aligned with the Georgia Performance Standards. I also ensure that the staff was following these plans and were implementing them effectively.

I was responsible for the planning, implementation, and managing of individualized instruction for students with disabilities ranging from a small group setting to a general education setting. I emphasized the use of specialized strategies and programs to help students succeed at individualized academic, social, and behavioral goals while meeting the demands of the Georgia Performance Standards.

I was responsible for the planning and implementing of instruction for a heterogeneous 4th grade classroom. I also was responsible for managing the classroom activities as well as the data that was used to prove student achievement.
