INVISIO develops and manufactures state of the art headsets and communications products. Their headsets utilized patented in-ear bone conduction technology and specialize in advanced hearing protection systems. My role was to oversee global operations as well as sales in North America, Canada and South America.

In this role I helped manage RadioShack's indirect spend of $1.4B. Indirect spend covered areas such as warehouse operations, logistics, store and company supplies, vehicle leasing programs and service and maintenance agreements. During my term at RadioShack our team was able to generate significant cost savings.

As a dominant supplier of wireless phones, RadioShack was known for bringing new and emerging technologies to market. As a member of the Wireless Development Team I had the opportunity to help bring some of the most innovative advancements in the mobile industry to market. This includes the first color screen phone, the first camera phone, the first web.
