Midwest Region Sales Director
CurrentLead sales activities in Midwest Region Verizon Wireless, AT&T Mobility, and regional wireless operators. Responsible for all aspects of customer account management including:- Develop accurate revenue forecasting by customer and product mix - Qualify prospects and identify new business opportunities- Update account activities through CRM tool- Manage internal processes related to sales/customer support - Provide direction and secure internal resources required for customer support- Share key customer learnings within the organization- Create proposals and lead business negotiations - Effective closing business - Post-sale follow up to ensure customer expectations are met / exceeded.
