Associate within the Complex Casualty team. Undertook responsibility for placement of international Casualty with a focus on Canada/Australia. Helped set up the US Casualty offering with a focus on large Tier 1 Rail, Excess Casualty as well as difficult Primary Products. Set up the Product Recall practice at McGill, placing and producing business across Product Contamination and Component Parts. Provided education both internally for cross selling opportunities as well as direct to clients. Also, helped set up and place the capacity for two large MGA’s.

Performing a dual role of Account Handler/ Broker within the International Casualty market with a key focus on Canada. Job roles:• Producing market reform contracts, tax schedules, contract endorsements, and sending accounts for invoicing;• Management of all Canadian Binders/Lineslips;• Reviewing and producing quote documentation on both new business and renewal submissions before presenting to underwriters to quote in Lloyd’s;• Presenting formal quotes to clients for both new/renewal business.• Optimizing functions and processes within the team to create greater efficiency

Working with Account Executives / Brokers in the Global Broking Centre to ensure a high level of service to each assigned Client in both Insurance and Reinsurance.
