Here, I was promoted from Senior Leader to Senior Operations Manager in recognition of success in team building and leadership. I direct and manage all business operations, including supervise/support administrative functions, department cross-collaboration, conduct trainings, safety audits, adhere to budget limitations, and advance employee development opportunities for the Naval Medical Readiness Training Center at Camp Pendleton. I manage and maintain a supply and equipment budget of $1.5M to ensure proper funding for safety checks, inspections, consumables, and medications. Additionally, I oversaw and managed multiple projects and programs at the hospital, from conception to completion. I also lead a cross-functional staff of 14 in providing over 238 courses in life support and professional development to over 20,800 annual customers and certifying over 2,211 personnel in multiple professional development, education, and statutory requirement classes• Oversaw and led all COVID-19 operations, processes, trainings, and compliance activities to protect military members and civilians. Tracked, monitored, and documented each case to determine vaccination statuses, restrictions, and testing site locations to maintain preventative health measures.

• Awarded the Joint Commission Accreditation, saving the hospital $15K by participating in 240 quality assurance/assessment inspections for one hospital with 13 clinics and 60 hospital departments over 14 geographical areas.o Assembled a team of 15 staff members to ensure each item of the checklist was reviewed, prepped, and completed for facility audit procedures. o Identified and resolved over 1,607 discrepancies throughout each facility by conducting research on each requirement and orchestrating dynamic strategies to prioritize and execute complex items.• Increased the compliance standard from 23% to leading the Southwest region at 84% in three months by creating a best-practice first responder emergency treatment certificate to secure leadership accountability, efficiency, productivity, and reporting to provide additional visibility for senior leadership.• Deployed as the main medical asset for 30,000 U.S. and 50,000 South Korean armed Navy, Army, Marine, and Air Force members by evaluating and analyzing health threats, identifying health protection measures, and monitoring medical intelligence data to ensure all members were safe and protected while providing a defensive posture for potential evacuations.

I served as the Program Manager for a major zone inspection project of a 500,000 square foot facility from initial development phases to completion. I identified and determined standard safety protocols and maintenance procedures for all military members, facility departments, and material discrepancy inquiries. Additionally, I crafted a tailored guide and checklist to assist users in operating systems, damage control processes, safety requirements, and resolving common disparities throughout the facility. I also conducted quarterly facility inspections to provide executive leadership with data visibility. • Reduced turnaround time for routine, urgent, and emergency trouble tickets by $25K per quarter by detecting preventative maintenance issues.

In this position, I oversaw and managed all aspects of a Medical Readiness Program, including reporting, documentation, tracking, and maintaining up-to-date with ten different individual requirements, including vaccines, blood draws, physicals, and deployment screenings. I directed and supervised a team of seven staff and three doctors in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for over 700 active duty members and conducted over 1700 monthly appointments to satisfy program demands. • Successfully maintained a 93% medical readiness level from a minimum of 85% by tracking, reporting, and identifying potential deployment members.
