Design lead for team responsible for increasing creator earnings:- Defining quarterly and annual goals, working with eng and product leads to define a roadmap that helps us achieve our goals- Leading discovery and delivery work on a sprint-by-sprint basis- Delivering features responsible for driving strong growth in creators' month over month earnings- Leading team through a design sprint, developing a roadmap from the team's output which has become a core focus of a product team for 2019- Led design for a second team while serving as hiring manager for a product designer, subsequently hiring and managing a new designer to serve as design lead for that team- Worked in partnership with product leadership to define a 1-year vision for the entire growth department, and building a roadmap for multiple teams through said vision- Worked on multiple cross-functional projects to help deliver company pricing updates- Worked with team leads to establish a vision for "creator landing pages", the most trafficked page on Patreon, and break up the work into testable phases in order to ensure meaningful progress for creators- Led or worked in concert with our research team to carry out quantitative and qualitative research for multiple projects

Supporter experience and native iOS and Android apps. For native applications, responsible for research, working with user research team, planning with product manager, implementing with team of six engineers. No native mobile product existed prior to project start, so I spent much of the early project performing audits of existing web product, competitive research, and user research. Second phase consisted of IA, early design pattern implementation. Continuing to test and validate hypotheses, with new native-specific flows, we moved into high-fidelity implementation while rolling out internal alpha through public release.

Worked with leadership, sales, and engineering to identify business needs and priorities, as well as work with enterprise clients and users. Company has since grown to 300+ employees, raised $75MM+ funding.
