As a Project Manager, I managed project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and oversaw the production of the deliverables. I also assisted with writing technical approaches for proposals, attended and presented at presentations, and developed scope and fee estimates for a variety of projects. Most of the work I dealt with was land development related, permitting, and stormwater management. My stormwater management experience ranged from very from small to large scale, city-wide modeling. I am very knowledgeable using ICPR4 and the Expert 2D Overland Flow features. I have taken publicly available data to develop existing models of suburban drainage systems using ICPR4, then calibrated and projected that out over many years to study the effects of different types of development, or to reduce flooding, or look at sea level rise for coastal clients. The findings from the model would then be animated with changes made to reduce or eliminate flooding. Those changes would then be used to develop Capital Improvement Programs and Master Plans that layout specific projects that should be funded to correct the issue(s) at hand.
