I oversee the safety of the gallery's exhibits and the documentation of visitors, and open/lock up the space securely.

In my capacity as a research assistant, I manage the formatting and secure storage of over 40 terabytes of data, oversee the storage and functionality of the lab's computers, transcribe and review datasets, and analyze obtained data. I also serve as resident photographer/videographer to the lab and manage all photography/videography equipment.

I was responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor,operating a POS scanner and register, stocking thesales floor, marking down products which were being phasedout,customer service, and opening/closing the store.

I was responsible for running orders to various tables, food preparation,expediting food delivery, busing tables, and closing the restaurant at day's end. I handled the majority of customer service issues and ensured customer satisfaction.

I made cold-calls for donations on behalf of several organizations and contacted former donors to request their continued support. Over the course of only ten months, I was promoted four times, finally to a 'level four' position (an assistant managerial position). During my time at Statewide, I became one of a few representatives qualified to receive credit card information securely over the phone.
