I lived amongst foster high school children on the George Washington University Campus. I would help them with the classes they were taking and also help them grow as people. I did this by gaining their trust and opening up to them so that I could empower them to be better students and better people.

Managing a staff of officials while also evaluating and critiquing them. I am responsible for all incidents that occur at my facility on any given night (e.g. ejections, injuries, protests, etc.). I promote sportsmanship among the participants and enforce policies. Also, I instill teamwork and leadership capabilities into my officials.

Relocate personal belongings, office set-ups, schools, laboratories, and all other types of life sciences. I have to provide the highest level of customer service because I handle the personal items of my customers. I also must delegate tasks and responsibilities so that our projects get done in the appropriate amount of time.

My main responsibility was to close out contracts. I had to make copies of specific parts of files and bring each different paper to a specific department. Also, I was responsible for anything that had to be done in the office on any given day. I used all Microsoft Office products. It was important for me to be adaptable and willing to learn.
