Curalate is the world's leading marketing and analytic's suite for visual social media platforms.I worked directly under the Marketing Director and head of Business Operations. I managed day to day operations, social media, CRM, and worked with the sales team on prospecting and lead generation.As well as working on short term projects, I led a long-term project where I managed the sales funnel with my two main goals being: develop sales metrics appropriate to the company and develop strategies that increased traffic to the top of the sales funnel.

ChallengeCademy was an online social learning site that taught 21st century meta skills through challenge based learning.Worked with professors from top schools like Stanford, Lehigh, Clemson and Duke on creating content (challenges) for our site. Within two months of launching, we had 500 users and a library of over 50 challenges. Grew from my own MVP LMS into a fully customized LMS that enabled collaboration between students.In addition, I worked with grad students from the University of Pennsylvania in developing a platform capable of measuring and tracking students progress and growth in meta/soft skills.
