Leading the team I ensure our classroom and kitchen foster culinary skills and social-emotional growth. My role includes overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of Fellows annually, ensuring they have the tools for personal and professional development.I manage the recruitment process, attracting high-potential candidates and preparing them for success. By continuously improving our training programs, I have enhanced our curriculum to teach essential life skills alongside culinary expertise, impacting. Additionally, I manage relationships with external organizations and consultants, ensuring our Fellowship curriculum is of the highest quality.Building strong partnerships with food businesses is crucial to securing employment opportunities for our Fellows. I foster a growth mindset and supportive environment, promoting teamwork, empathy, and critical thinking. Ensuring compliance with labor and DOH standards, I diligently manage the program budget, set goals, and track metrics to measure our impact. Through my work at Drive Change, I aim to create meaningful opportunities for young people and drive systemic change in the hospitality industry.

Manage Athletics Department at 110+ sites across five boroughs. Manage and conduct evaluation of sports, wellness and fitness programming, ensuring safe, developmental and fun programs are taking place throughout the five boroughs.Manage & develop sports leagues in conjunction with the Sports League Coordinator.

Lead and developed a staff of 15 and up to 200 scholars and ensured ongoing functioning and operations of the property.I planned and prepared all summer camp logistics and programming, coordinated and oversaw weekly staff meetings and interacted with parents around children’s assessment and recommendations.The administrative side involved the preparation of accident reports as well as the analysis and summary of information and trends.
