Provide input & assist with projects across HR, Benefits, Training, Employee Engagement, and D&I including salary planning, engagement surveys, and offerings for over 3,000 global employeesProvide HR Generalist support to HR Coordinator across recruiting, filing, onboarding, exit paperwork, peer recognition program, performance management process, and employee inquiries/communicationsManage onboarding (offer letter stage through first week intake) and offboarding processes (voluntary terminations as well as RIFs) for the U.S. business; logistics, paperwork, HRIS system entry, employee conversations, etc.Partner with the Total Rewards team for payroll processing, benefits administration, leave of absence administration (Federal & State leaves), employee data updates in HR & IT systems, and HR system reportingChampion and assist with IDG’s development & engagement initiatives such as professional development training, wellness offerings, and leadership town hallsAs Co-Chair of IDG’s D&I Council since September 2020:Helped to create the vision and strategy for D&I across the organization, partnering with C-Level leaders and HRto execute D&I initiativesLed D&I Council through building relationships with over 100 Council members across 10 countries, monthly meetings, and coordination with HRLed effort to launch the company’s first Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) through analysis and research ofbest practices in the industryManage current ERG program which, over 3 years, has expanded to 7 groups and over 400 employeesDrive external relationships with D&I vendors to enhance offerings to employees through guest speakers, virtual conferences, and on-demand training

Respond to employee inquiries and providing excellent customer service and support to employees across the organization.Support the larger IDG HR team with salary planning & compensation reviews, the annual employee survey process, and other projects.Assist with recruitment needs (job posting, reviewing resumes, reference checks, generating offer letters, etc.).Manage the IDG peer-to-peer recognition program.Maintain personnel and I-9 files.

Onboard 10-20 new hires each week, conduct the benefit orientation, and create new employee files. Create and send all termination paperwork and complete exit interviews.Enter terminations into COBRA system and answer all questions regarding COBRA.Conduct benefit audits through the Ultipro payroll system and recommend corrective action.Respond to all incoming questions to HR from over 1,000 US employees that may include topics such as insurance, 401(k), life events, PTO, and pay.

Oversee and develop relationships with 82 residents.Plan an educational floor program and building wide program each month.Successfully enforce University policies while also being a mentor and guide to residents
