In my Sales Representative position with Bisco Industries, I currently manage and oversee my personal client list of over 150 companies, building and maintaining those relationships while also staying up to date with their business and its needs. I find and quote parts, tools and other products from an inventory of over 90,000 items for my clients while maintaining competitive pricing to secure sales and build client trust. I also work within a team of 5 other people, assisting them to find products and pricing for their clients, while maintaining quick and efficient communication in the office space.

I formerly worked at Fornaro Landscaping during the past 4 summers as well as while I was home for winter break. At Fornaro, I worked in small team environments of 2 to 5 people everyday, helping to plan and execute our daily tasks efficiently and effectively to meet company deadlines and standards. These daily tasks include cutting grass, trimming trees, mulching and snowplowing.

In addition to taking classes, I worked part time at Boyd Market during my semesters. That greatly helped me improve my time management skills by making me manage work with the commitments I had as a student. My job at Boyd included making smoothies, working the register, cutting and preparing fresh fruits and vegetables and stocking the shelves throughout the market. It required constant interaction with customers which really helped me improve my communication skills.

During my time with the Crushers, I teamed with Promotions Director to prepare for special events and 40 promotions that included company sponsorships, Ohio Lottery days, and special food and franchise events each game. I completed preparation assignments and set up pre-game, worked to keep promotions running smoothly in-game, and led for a smooth close down process for fans post-game. I helped create a fan and family friendly atmosphere with positive fan interactions and great customer service by getting fans involved and constantly communicating as well as addressing customer concerns.
