I graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Computer Science, specializing in large data sets, which has allowed for an easy transition into an analytical role in commercial real estate. Solidifying my move into the CRE industry, I mastered ARGUS Enterprise underwriting through the Altus Group's formal training program, am currently attending UCI's Certificate in Real Estate program through the Paul Merage School of Business, and recently completed a 4-month internship at Bixby Land Company as an Acquisitions Analyst. Here, I honed my underwriting skills, developing a proven track record of experience, with over 7.5 M SF of office and industrial properties underwritten with core and value-add risk profiles.
