Along with causeignitor.com, sparkcraftinteractive.com will cater to small businesses and non-profits by offering services that include; process improvement, web & graphic design, branding, and strategy development.Prior to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I spent 11 years working in various stages of operations management. Through these experiences I have developed my skills in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and customer service. During this time I have also furthered my education by obtaining a BSBA along with a Green Belt Lean 6 Sigma certification. I used these skills to execute business plans, increase margins, and grow every business unit that I have had the privilege to work with. I enjoy working within a "corporate structure" but maintain my own entrepreneurial spirit.
