Served as the principal recruiter, human resources generalist, and advisor to the Site Directors for three separate cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in North and South Carolina. Created, developed, and implemented systems for each site to account for all human resources metrics. • Developed sourcing strategies for all vacant and newly created positions, to include writing job descriptions and posting positions internally, on professional career web pages, and on various social media websites.• Worked closely with Hiring Managers to develop candidate profiles. Screened candidates and coordinated candidate logistics for on-site interviews. • Independently sourced, screened, hired, and on-boarded 25 candidates over a 6 month period, ranging from entry level technicians to senior directors.• Implemented a performance management system for each facility including a forced ranking for all employees and trained managers to formalize immediate performance feedback to their reports.• Worked with each site leader and corporate finance to create individualized site organizational structures to support projected production increases.• Responsible for conducting all investigations related to personnel error deviations and making recommendations.• Provided HR leadership, advice and counsel and served as a business partner to Operation senior leaders and their respective organizations to optimize employee engagement, team development and organization effectiveness.• Executed and managed key HR processes, including talent acquisition and development, Talent Development, Performance Management, salary planning and diversity
