Responsibilities• Ensure Telstra's IT applications & processes achieve and maintain compliance to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)• This involved leading a team of project delivery resources, technical resources and business SME's working with external specialist technical groups and PCI-DSS auditors to carry out remedial activities across various Billing (Flexcab & MICA) , CRM (Siebel & Salesforce), Science Logic, online/ e-commerce & payment (Billpay) platforms.• Infrastructure work was carried out under a “Waterfall” Project methodology • Software changes (except Billing) were carried out under an “Agile” methodology• Setup and chair regular program governance forums with external stakeholders (NAB/VISA/MasterCard) and PCI-DSS auditors (United Labs)

Responsibilities: • Managed a team of project delivery resources and IT vendors to deliver a defined program of work in the domains of ERP (SAP), HR & Payroll, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Email, Document Management (Sharepoint) & the corporate Intranet in line with the business unit strategy, IT blueprints and IT delivery processes• Ensure alignment to Telstra’s Technology Delivery Process (TDP) including reviewing project documentation & key artefacts and ensuring project artefacts were appropriately maintained (e.g. PRAG reviews etc.)• Manage & facilitate decisions on the scope of work for projects and/or application changes including ensuring appropriate change management processes are followed• Ensure total cost of ownership implications are understood and included when determining the project solutions• Prepare and present business cases seeking funding for projects lead by the Corporate SDC ensuring Solution Delivery Centre Processes are followed• Lead project teams by creating an environment where all team members are committed to achieving delivery outcomes
