Rerouted the 4-layer boards to accommodate the new circuitry. -Created program specific documentation for use by teams in the program-Responsible for providing presentations/lessons on the topics of ADC/GPIO, PID control, PCB design, path finding algorithms, version control, and ESD to members of the program during the 24-25 academic year.

-Developed flood fill maze solving algorithm in C to predictively find the fastest route to a desired location based on the mouse’s current location and knowledge of the maze. Wrote embedded software onto a STM32 bluepill using the Cube IDE. Wrote a control algorithm to keep the mouse center aligned using feedback from IRs and hall effect encoders. -Used KiCad 7.0 to route a 2-layer PCB based on a provided schematic and design criteria necessitated by the rules and nature of the competition. Hand-soldered both SMD and THT components onto the board.-Participated in PCB design reviews for teams associated with the program. Created documentation for program specific component soldering and placement. Assisted teams with hardware difficulties associated with their mice.
