Annual awards won: Rookie Salesperson of the Year 2000; Salesperson of the year 2001 and Salesperson of the year 2004Promoted to Retail Digital Media Manager in May of 2005. Promoted to West County Retail Sales Manger in January 2006. Increased advertising revenue 1.8 million dollars. This equated to a 25% growth year over year in a non growth market. Generated over $9,000,000 annually. I received the Jerry Dunning Leadership Award from Scripps corporate.Promoted to Digital Media Sales Manager, Classified and Retail in January 2007. Created and formed a new digital only team. Increased pure play digital advertising revenue 71% year over year.Promoted to Senior Retail Sales Manager in March 2008.

Owner (50%) Through direct selling and managing distributors, sold hotel and casino supplies. Consistently developed new marketing programs and strategic business plans, which included brochures, catalogs, and telemarketing scripts and trained distributors these new strategies. All products were manufactured by outside vendors and suppliers. Handled all supplier relations. Created licensing agreements with patent holders and manufacturing facilities for new product lines.Negotiated with vendors to provide items at lower costs while increasing quality and company profits.As a selling sales manager, increased company revenue by approximately 15 percent each year.Supervised sales to over 100 different hotels and casinos.

Responsible for increasing circulation of Casino Player Magazine across the country. My duties included getting authorizations from main stores to accept our magazine in their chains. This was done by cold calling, setting up contracts, and visiting these clients.
