Responsible for overall management of content development from defining the course priorities and pipeline, to engagement with subject matter experts and development and deployment of final online (video-based) content; management of quality assurance processes for content, including final publication of assets, archive (back up) of all content and maintenance of content libraries; management of Product Associates(PAs) on content team, including defining key tasks, performance and learning goals and personal development targets; support to AMI team in community engagement within courses, including developing and tracking user analytics within courses.
