I created new Training Materials and a new Orientation Manual in Adobe Indesign which could be accessed by staff online. I also digitized all employee files, making it easier to track employee growth for years to come.As recognized by the Old Spaghetti Factory Head Office, in 2020 our location received an award for "happiest staff" - metrics which originated from every location and mailed in from each staff member.
