Supporting EDA Customers using the Calibre PERC ESD Verification Platform

• Support and creation of runsets with various customers using the Synopsys ICV toolset• Writing and supporting Synopsys ICV PERC runsets for various customers at advanced technology nodes. Runsets include PERC ESD topological checking, Layout based ESD Topological rules, Current Density, and Point to Point Resistance Checking.• Working with various customers to create specifications for tool improvements and requests, writing the specifications and working with R&D to implement the requests into the product.• Creation of videos to highlight tool features and usage for new customers, videos include PERC usage and setup for topology checking as well as CD and P2P analysis.• Supporting Synopsys ICV DRC, LVS flows for physical verification customers.• Working with various customers to create and improve physical verification flows in advanced technology nodes including runtime and ease of use improvements.• Creation of specifications for toolset that can be used to compare results across different toolsets to ensure accuracy across tools from multiple vendors.• Developed reduction algorithms used by parasitic analysis in Current Density and Point to Point Resistance checking.

• Developed and maintained ESD verification tools• Coded PERC and PERC LDL current density validation tools• Coded software using the TCL programming language• Worked extensively with Perl scripts to automate deck creation

• Coded, tested and documented LVS runsets using the Synopsys ICV and Mentor Graphics Calibre toolsets• Collaborated with global teams to test and deliver high quality products
