CurrentNox Cape Town is a luxury Villa and Apartment management business, with a suite of rental products and solutions for Owners of high end properties. The Nox management services division exclusively manages in excess of 150 premium villas and apartments for vacation rentals in Cape Town. Our Real Estate division assists investment buyers in finding high performing residential assets and our Long Term rentals division handles approximately 50 properties on a permanent-let basis.Along with the Business' Founder, I formulate and manage the business plan, whilst pursuing opportunities for new business relationships and initiatives. I manage all supplier contracts and relationships at the highest level, and operationally I provide support and direction where needed across the business, and work alongside staff to ensure the operation is running efficiently.I implement and manage financial processes, with a view to ensuring that partners in the business and key stakeholders are kept informed of the financial position and the economic outlook for the business.
