In addition I lead operational readiness for all new sites and acts as the lead for key projects which involve multiple stakeholders across the business. I have a proven ability to deliver transformation change programmes by managing multiple workstreams, providing leadership in a collaborative and inclusive style. The Service Team make Sky a brilliant place to work for our 30,000 colleagues across the UK. I ensure the correct people are accountable so we deliver our £70m plan on time and within budget.

Founder and Chair of Grow@Sky. A grassroots group giving colleagues advice and inspiration to grow their career within Sky. The group hosted talks from colleagues with inspirational career stories and shared tools available to colleagues to help grow their careers. As the group developed it's ambitions aligned with Sky's Multiculture@Sky network and I decided to include our career development talks and tools under the one group name.

Led on all travel and transport projects across the UK. Set, delivered and communicated the transport strategy with projects varying from major construction to stakeholder management internally and with local authorities and government departments. Key skills were communication, including building the transport@sky website, project management, operational and strategic vision and budget planning.

I worked and project managed a wide range of schemes, from residential to commercial developments. Regular communication with wider project teams and the client to ensure deadlines were met. The variation of work ranged from securing planning conditions through to preparation of documents for inclusion in Local Plans. Schemes ranged from rural sites in Surrey and the surrounding counties to urban areas in central London. As the Cycling Officer I was responsible for preparing funding bids for cycling schemes and then delivering these during the financial year. The role requires extensive internal and external engagement, project management and budget control skills. Line manager responsibilities included.In addition to this role I was the Travel Plan Officer for Cardiff Council, responsible for commenting on development travel plans, writing travel plans and promoting and assisting organisations and schools through the development of their travel plans. Responsible for the cycle parking programme which involves planning and delivering the implementation of on-street and private cycle parking. Promotion of sustainable transport across organisations in Cardiff and the strong links this has to the Local Development Plan and upcoming Planning Bill. Responsible for the adult cycle training programme. Line manager responsibilities.With active travel continuing to receive more and more media and political attention the role grow and diversified with every month I worked for Cardiff Council.

The RTPI Cymru Management Board represent the views of all institue members. The RTPI promote planning as a profession and builds links with other built environment professions and organisations throughout Wales.I am delighted to represent the young planners on this year's managment board and fully support the chair in the theme of building sustainable communities.

In the DHL Innovation Center, specialists from the academic, industrial and technological fields exchange their knowledge and talk about advanced new logistics solutions to be used globally. We offer space for new ideas, for forming innovative networks and developing solutions, from prototype to market launch.The DHL Innovation Center not only fosters development and communication, it is also a conference platform from which visitors gain stunning glimpses of the future of logistics. As an international forum, the center creates a space for exchanging information and discussing the latest developments.

Chosen by university to raise awareness of cycling by educational promotion.

Approached by the university to work on an advisory and development role updating the current travel plan, with production of recommendations.

Worked for Capita Symonds during my placement year. Project managed numerous Safe Routes to Schools schemes for Newport and Monmouthshire. Developed knowledge of AutoCAD, ARCADY, PICADY, SATURN and LINSIG through various junction proposals for regeneration projects. Worked on numerous transport assessments such as the St. Athans Military development.

Worked for a small planning and architecture company. The position included administration and use of AutoCAD to edit and prepare plans. The role provided a unique insight into the relationship between architect and planner and enabled me to follow a planning application from start to eventual design.
