Recent Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Minor in Marketing from Florida International University. Before a career pivot toward marketing, I acquired an attention-to-detail mindset and skills in data analytics and storytelling after having held accounting roles at a Big 4 accounting firm and a law firm.To gain relevant skills and successfully transition to marketing and communications, I incorporated myself into student organizations and had the privilege of working with Warner Music Latina alongside other students to celebrate its artists through on-campus activations and strategic partnerships with local organizations. This exposure to marketing concepts led to an internship at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, where I gained experience in marketing strategy, social media production, and database management.Going forward, I aim to intertwine the analytical skills acquired from a distinct background in accounting with the creative and strategic expertise required of marketing and communication hopefuls and apply them to a similar entry-level position within the media and entertainment industry. Accomplishing this would fulfill the goal of combining my professional interests with my lifelong passion for Film, TV, and Music, culminating in becoming a valuable asset to any team when combined with my deep knowledge of the industry.
