For over 20 years I have been helping customers solve for the technical outcomes that matter most to their business. Over that time I have honed the ability to be both knowledgeable on IT subjects and relatable when discussing them. The ability to identify the needs of my customers, tell compelling stories, and produce solutions that meet business objectives has enabled me to keep my customers happy. Continuously refining the craft to exceed expectations has translated into success for the customers I serve. This, in my opinion, is the most professionally satisfying aspect of coming to work each day. From supporting Federal Express and the Metro Government of Nashville, TN in my time at AT&T to designing the Wi-Fi solution at the Nashville Superspeedway's inaugural race working as a Solutions Engineer at Internetwork Engineering, I've truly been blessed to experience a diverse range of great people and great businesses. In my present position at Sophos as a Sales Engineer for a worldwide leading next-gen cybersecurity company, I get the satisfaction of knowing that I am contributing to protecting our customers from the very real threat of cybercrime each and every day.
