I love building relationships, the great outdoors, and nerding out over new technology. As a professional, these passions have made my career all about team building, learning, and collaborative problem solving. From my first college job as an outdoor guide, to my current role a project lead at PwC, I find success by building teams that thrive on trust, accountability, and strong communication. My intellectual passion is in tackling the challenges of the energy transition and solving climate change. With my clients, I focus on implementing technology that can empower decision makers to understand the financial and environmental implications of their actions. These challenges sit at the intersection of digitization, capital investment, and change management, requiring engagement across disciplines and deep curiosity on how systems operate. To affect change within or across organizations, I focus on empathetic engagement with stakeholders to find common ground and align incentives to speed the pace of technology adoption.
