Through ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams (both internal and external), I have successfully led deployment projects with some of the largest agencies across the United States.I work collaboratively with supervisory teams and their members to develop and implement streamlined project management methodologies and tools to maximize time and efficiency. Constantly reviewing my internal approach as well as team approaches to ensuring success with customers. I work with these plans to ensure constant success in driving outcomes and objectives.
