Duty Manager 2 x 7 month fixed contracts!Duties included: Smooth operations of all aspects of the visitor centre which includes a gift shop, 5 bars, a restaurant and a function room that can hold 200 guests. Cash handling, site inspections, hosting premium whiskey tastings and all aspects of managing daytime and evening functions were my main duties day to day. Promotion of all Irish Distillers & Pernod Ricard brands also formed a hugely important part of my role.
