Responsible for ensuring all pilots within unit maintain technical and tactical proficiency in all modes of flight to include day, night, night vision goggle, and instrument flight. Created and implemented a training program that develops pilots into full spectrum aviators, capable of accomplishing the mission in a war-time environment including; air assault, air movement, external lift, and general support operations.

Provides leadership, training, and mentorship for an elite team of highly trained and capable soldiers. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of five vehicles and over $1.5 million in property and tactical equipment. Maneuvers fire team during combat operations to facilitate mission success, safety, and efficiency while utilizing small team tactics on high priority, direct action, combat operations through complex decision-making process and proper team implementation.
