- Netted $256,589 in Football sales, $125,859 in Men's Basketball sales, $2,900 in Women's Basketball sales $1,736 in Volleyball sales, and $1,057 in Baseball sales- Acquired over $200,000 in donations to the John Purdue Club, as well as be part of two planned major gifts valued at over $250,000. - Coordinated the acquisition, advancement, and retention of John Purdue Club members by working with the marketing team to develop and produce solicitation and renewal materials- Created, planned, and managed innovative annual giving initiatives and programs to drive annual giving growth in both members and cash donations- Provided customer service/support and membership assistance to my portfolio and other donors over the phone, via email, website services and at athletic and John Purdue Club events- Made phone calls to donors and prospects to secure donations, and advise about possible capital gift programs to support- Performed outbound calls for football, women's volleyball, baseball, softball, men's basketball and women's basketball tickets, including season tickets, groups, mini-plans, single games and renewals- Utilized game days, on campus and off campus events to visit and advance donor/prospect support of Purdue Athletics- Built and managed a portfolio of advancement prospects, meeting annual goals set each year- Member of POD system where work alongside a major gift office and an annual gift officer to strategize, brainstorm and grow personally and professionally

- Championship Manager for the Southern Conference Rifle Championship and assist with the oversight of the sport for the conference- Ensured corporate partner fulfillment at championships- Coordinator of the Conference’s awards program- Administered, planned and helped operate all of our sixteen Conference Championship events and tournaments- Assisted with Southern Conference membership meetings and ancillary events- Contributed to Adobe Photoshop and InDesign projects, including our conference directory, specific sport manuals and social media items. - Member of the Racial Equity and Justice Task Force

- Assisted customers with any inquiries they may have about tickets, donor relations, renewals, parking, or general information about Nebraska athletics and events - Assisted the Husker Athletic Fund with annual fund and ticketing payment input, as well as solicitation - Managed software systems of Paciolan, Advantage, and SalesForce towards relationships with new and existing customers/donors- Provided operational support for the nine ticketed sports, including sold out venues for men’s basketball, football, and volleyball - Worked gameday assignments including front counter, answer phone calls, will call, direct foot traffic, assist part-time gameday employees, and answer questions outside our busiest gates- Researched in the planning of new ticket promotion and functionality initiatives

- Monitored, recorded, and logged data and corresponding operational aspects of ACC football games- Compiled and edited video and complete analytical projects- Assisted with game day operations, administration and officiating projects- Learned and understood the logistics of the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game in order to effectively assist the ACC staff with game day operations, including the coordination and execution of ancillary game events- Supported other ACC football events, including officiating clinics, media day and ACC Championship events

- Supported fans in and outside the stadium regarding directions, amenities, lost child, NFL bag policy, and all applicable stadium policies- Managed pregame ticket operation logistics around the stadium and at each entrance into the facility

- Assisted Head Professionals in their quandaries and commands- Set up golf carts according to the club's specifications- Provided a world class experience for members and guests through our customer service- Cleaned golf carts and clubs after usage- Set up for events such as tournaments, company outings and holiday festivities- Supervised the driving range and occasionally the golf course- Made sure that the proper people are at their specific tee time

- Lead, organized, and carried out day to day football operations for practices/games- Assisted players/coaches with equipment and practice drills during weekdays and gamedays- Set up the field equipment, organize the locker room, and ball boy during games- Completed laundry after practices, walk-thrus, and games.- Oversaw how to schedule events, meals, etc. for the university- Supported coaches, administration staff and players in a wide scope of off-field duties

- Assisted with the promotions department- Brainstormed creative ideas for the on-fields, theme nights and other events that the Crawdads can implement into the promotions schedule - Answered phones and fulfill single game ticket requests - Placed, printed, and organized Will Call tickets- Manage the ticket office when Director of Tickets was away- Answered incoming calls to place single game tickets and answer any questions - Maintained the cleanliness, upkeep and general maintenance to ensure the facility is ready for all games and outside events - Assisted with picnic and suite set up- Exhibited a high degree of customer service skills and positive attitude with staff and customers at all times- Assisted with mascot appearances throughout the community • Other task and duties assigned by Crawdads staff

- Performed a variety of tasks given to other interns and myself to enhance the gameday experience for fans in attendance at games, including:- Assisted with pregame setup of tables, booths, and advertisements in the arena - Performed stunts on the ice rink - Assisted with group partnerships- On Friday’s I would shadow anybody available within the organization’s main offices as well as work the front desk, along with the merchandise area within the offices

- Loaded crates for shipment orders, stacked and organized products onto pallets- Cleaned the machinery and other rooms, as well as the crates to be shipped.

- Addressed any needs from employees of the athletic department- Assisted in gameday preparations, clean and sanitize equipment. - Learned about how finances were handled, job searching as well as getting students involved in assisting with the games.
