I represent the average citizen in the affairs of their daily lives. Whether it be an individual accused of a crime, an injured worker trying to navigate the red tape of the Social Security Administration to receive their deserved benefits, or even a parent fighting for custody of their child, I advocate on their behalf to achieve a desired result.I have over 25 years of combined experience prosecuting and defending Criminal, Civil and Domestic cases, as well as representing Claimants in the pursuit of Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income. I am a graduate from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science (1989) and Juris Doctorate (1992). I was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1993 and have been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court of Appeals. I currently practice in the following counties: Brown County, Clermont County, Adams County, Highland County and Clinton County. My practice currently includes: criminal defense, DUI/OVI law, traffic offenses, juvenile law, probate, child support, family law, civil litigation, and Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income. I am a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Brown County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
