Our program encourages safe group riding techniques at a number of fitness levels from beginner to the seasoned cyclist. Bringing the training indoors creates a controlled environment to instruct, train and evaluate the endurance athlete.Indoor cycle provides a rider/athlete at any skill-level to experience training in a high-energy, fun environment that encourages all the feels of group fitness training while maintaining the technical aspects of open road riding. Endurance, interval, strength and heart rate training are the core values. An athlete, along with the coach, is able able to focus and build strengths in a controlled environment year-round and with a periodic approach with the #PWRcycle program. The #EDGcycle format focuses on strength, interval and endurance training for an awesome cardio calorie burn. Each class experience is independent; however, your effort and progress is gauged with a final challenge. This provides a marker to evaluate your ongoing fitness level and establish goals! Indoor Cycle also provides a breeding ground to growth the cycle community and transition indoor riders to outdoor riders!
