• Managing all 3 golf courses and ensuring all players (including Season Ticket Holders, guests and visitors) keep up with the pace of play and interacting with players and caddies to make sure there are no issues on the course. • Welcoming visitors arriving to the golf course as part of the Meet and Greet team and making them feel welcome and informed: organising and tagging golf bags, ensuring all rental gear is provided if needed (hire sets, push trolleys and/or electric trolleys) and working with the Caddie Master to make sure all those in need of a caddie are provided with one.• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) when opening in the morning: unlocking all doors, prepping all the hire equipment, printing off tee sheets and setting up our Tag Marshall system for the day. In the winter this also includes turning on the Golf Simulators and laying grit out around the building to prevent the public from falling. • Adhering to SOPS when closing at night: turning off the lights, getting the laundry setup for pickup, folding the towels for the next day, cleaning and putting all the hire equipment away and locking the doors. In the wintertime this also includes shutting down the golf simulators and computers at the guest relations desk.• Checking players in and managing their tee times within the internal Links CC system.• Answering phone calls. • Managing the Indoor Performance Centre: checking members in (as well as assisting them in person or on the phone with any issues regarding their membership or bookings) and ensuring overall cleanliness and upkeep. • Demonstrating how to use the Golf Simulators for first time users and/or those who need assistance.• Maintaining strong working relationships with all departments at Carnoustie Golf Links: Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Rookery staff, Pro Shop staff, Greenkeepers, Caddies and Corporate Management.

• Managing and updating the Aetna Student Health corporate website.• Managing over 150+ client micro websites.• Prioritising projects within Implementation Team.• Ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are adhered to across websites and marketingmaterials.• Developing strong working relationships with Heads of Functions to increase efficiency and ensureclose collaboration across internal teams, including Marketing, Legal & Compliance, AccountRepresentative and Implementation Teams.• Scheduling and hosting meetings with company account representatives to understand what eachclient needed for their micro website for the upcoming policy year.• Developing templates for use across business functions to increase efficiency within ImplementationTeam.• Providing technical support to the account teams and troubleshooting/fixing any issues with thecorporate website and each client micro website.• Posting of insurance plan documents to each client’s micro website in accordance with legalrequirements.• Providing internal training to colleagues and seasonal temporary workers, including improvementprocesses, compliance and branding.
